Felicia Williams

Born in Louisiana, Felicia spent her early years in Pittsfield, MA, only to return to her hometown in her teenage years. Before diving into real estate, she clocked a solid decade at the local Black Velvet Oyster Bar and Grill, where she gained a wealth of customer service experience and developed an appreciation for coastal perks.

In addition to her hospitality stint, Felicia spent time at the local Belle Chasse primary school as a substitute before securing a role as an Intervention Assistant Paraprofessional within the school's headstart program. Here, she contributed to the development of the youngest members of the rapidly expanding Belle Chasse, LA community.

Now, Felicia has turned her attention to the swift-moving world of real estate, keen to guide clients through the labyrinth of buying and selling homes. With an unwavering commitment to her clients' comfort and knowledge, she goes the extra mile to ensure they feel prioritized. She combines her extensive knowledge, straightforward honesty, and diligent work ethic to guarantee her clients a superior real estate experience.

Felicia currently resides in Jesuit Bend with her husband and their five children. Her off-duty hours are spent enjoying the local Venice, LA fishing scene, indulging in exciting four-wheeler rides, planning enjoyable family outings to the zoo and aquarium, and basking in lazy poolside days. This firsthand experience of local activities and attractions further equips Felicia to meet the unique real estate needs of her clients.
