Cory Cheramie

Cory Cheramie is the Associate Broker and co-founder of Generations Realty Group, which he established alongside his wife, Mary. A graduate of Louisiana State University, Cory earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2013 and began his professional career in corporate finance at ExxonMobil in Houston. He obtained his real estate license in 2017 and later advanced to the role of Associate Broker, bringing a strong financial foundation and leadership perspective to the firm.

Cory’s background in finance provides him with a disciplined, analytical approach to the financial components of real estate transactions. He is particularly skilled in evaluating property conditions, coordinating specialized inspections, and developing thoughtful negotiation strategies. His attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and appreciation for balance and design—including principles of feng shui—make him a trusted advisor for clients navigating residential real estate decisions.

Beyond his professional work, Cory is actively involved in his parish community at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Mandeville, where faith and service play an important role in his family’s life. He values building meaningful relationships and contributing to the community he serves, both personally and professionally.

In addition to serving clients, Cory is committed to supporting and mentoring the realtors who have joined the Generations Realty Group family. Alongside Mary, he believes their agents are the company’s greatest asset and takes pride in fostering an environment that encourages collaboration, professional growth, and long-term success.

Married since 2016, Cory and Mary are the proud parents of three children. Outside of real estate, they enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, discovering new dining experiences, and embracing the lifestyle and culture of Mandeville, Louisiana, and the greater New Orleans area. They are also passionate about giving back through leadership involvement and charitable initiatives.
